We stand behind AIOLGY. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, we'll refund you in full โ no questions asked.
Send a refund request to support@aiolgy.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Our team will verify your request and confirm eligibility within one business day.
Approved refunds are returned to your PayPal account within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
You qualify for a full refund if:
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription from your dashboard before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window of your first payment.
Outside the 14-day guarantee window, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. You retain full access to your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
We review requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in genuine exceptional circumstances (e.g. prolonged service outage, billing error). Contact support@aiolgy.net and we will do our best to help.
