Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content generated for you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any generated content and that its use complies with applicable laws.
Our platform: The AIOLGY name, logo, software, and user interface are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Content generated by our AI is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or inconsistencies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing or relying on it.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
